ABOUT ALPHA KABINE BARO
Alpha Kabine Baro, President of NGPG, was born in 1969 in Kankan in the Republic of Guinea the son of the late El Hadj Ibrahima Baro and Hadja Djeneba Keita. At the age of 16, In 1987, determined to accomplish more than his surroundings offered, he moved to America. He concluded his college education at the University of Kaplan in Florida, where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology.
MILITARY CAREER
A few years later, he began his military career, acquiring certifications and a diploma at Camp Geiger War School in strategy and tactics at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina (USA). Alpha Kabine Baro participated in several missions in the United States Marines Corps of which he received Honorable Discharge as an United States Marine Core Gulf War Veteran. Alpha Kabine Baro, after 20 years of exemplary service, was awarded the Navy Marine Corps Achievement medal, which is awarded to members of the Armed Forces, for meritorious service or achievement in combat based on sustained performance or specific achievement of a superlative nature, for making a difference.
RETURN TO GUINEA
Alpha Kabine Baro, is a US Marine Veteran, who selflessly fought for the rights, liberties, and continued freedom of Americans (both young and old, black, white, and red). Mr. Baro is the first US Military official to run for any political office in Africa. His faith in God and his love and concern for his country and it’s future has commissioned him to return home, to The Republic of Guinea, to lead his people out of chaos, poverty, injustice, and corruption.
Alpha Kabine Baro believes in a “Greater Guinea” and often says, that “change for progress and development is impossible when conscientious people become mere spectators to the misfortunes of their compatriots and the total and absolute destruction of their nation.” He is bound by both duty and love to fight for the advancement and unity of his people and his country. He realizes that the survival of the African continent depends on its human resources.

Alpha Kabine Baro is the founder and leader of the New Generation for Pan- Africanism Group (NGPG). The world’s first political party, ran via social media, that’s both enlightening and uniting millions of people world-wide around the ideas of peace, social cohesion, economic stability, while encouraging and strengthening the bonds of solidarity between all people of African descent. Alpha Kabine Baro is determined to lead Guinea to true democracy and financial Independence as a nation. He is committed to developing and strengthening the infrastructure capabilities necessary to support advanced commercial activities. He understands that electricity and access to clean water are essential, basic human rights that are non-negotiable and will, thus, provide the necessary infrastructure to ensure that those basic needs are made available to each Guinean. Alpha Kabine Baro’s ultimate goal is to develop his country into a place of economic stability and equal opportunity.
